recipes using fresh exotic
herbs and spices for unusually mouth watering flavors. Each dish is presented using the natural colors of specialty
produce and gourmet foods to fully enhance eye and taste appeal. Carefully decorated for each individual event

We love to enhance the natural flavor
of meats and fish with the smokiness of Mesquite and Hickory. Whole Mesquite Grilled Salmon, Smoked Filet of Beef
Wellington, Hickory Smoked Pork Tenderloin and Smoked Prawns - some of our most popular. Our Crudité- A
stunning willow basket garnished with colorful greens and filled with seasonal fruits, vegetables - Garnished with
ribbons, flowers and hollowed out squash cups (for dips). Adds colorful presentation (WOW)
to any Event (See Our Hors D'oeuvres Menu).
